Our Background
Our early years were mainly concentrated on showing and training Shire horses although we also did some promotional work for companies such as Higson's Brewery.
We have many years experience providing the skills required to work horses in a historic agricultural setting. We have the expertise to work all historic farming implements including ploughing, mowing and binding. Since 1999 we have provided the horse and livestock operation at the Ironbridge Gorge Museum's Victorian town at Blists Hill. This enterprise illustrates the role of the working horse in Victorian England.
We are also able to provide carriage and horses for weddings.
We have provided horses and vehicles for film work which has included BBC productions: 'Bargain Hunt', 'The Great Ship', 'Houses Behaving Badly', 'Victorian Farm, 'Antiques Roadshow' and Channel 4's 'Watercolour Challenge'. Most recently Lion Television's production, "Victorian Pharmacy" for BBC 2
